Labor and human rights

Dalian Chikai believes that human rights is an important part of corporate social responsibility when conducting business activities around the world. The Dalian Chikai Labour and Human Rights Policy Statement states: "Respect for human rights in matters relating to employment, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal or retirement, The Company shall not engage in or support discrimination based on race, national or social origin, social class, descent, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinion, age, or otherwise." In addition, it firmly upholds and observes article 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), which provides that everyone has the right to work, to freely choose his or her occupation, to just and suitable conditions of work and to be guaranteed against unemployment. Everyone has the right to equal pay for equal work without any discrimination. Everyone who works has the right to just and adequate remuneration, guaranteed to him and his family living conditions consistent with human dignity, supplemented, if necessary, by other forms of social security. Everyone has the right to form and join trade unions for the protection of his interests. Dalianchikai strongly supports and respects the internationally declared protection of human rights; Ensure that they do not participate in human rights violations; Support the freedom to form trade unions and the practical effectiveness of the right to collective bargaining; Support the abolition of all forms of forced and compulsory Labour; Support the effective prevention of child Labour; Support the elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation.
