Aug.2016, The Enterprise Service Bureau of Liaoning Province identified 2.3.4.5.6-Pentafluorophenol as a special new product. Sep.2016, RuiGuang Fluorine Chemicals Co., Ltd at Fuxin, subsidiary of Qi-Chem, was authorized by Provincial STA as 'Technology and Research Center in Liaoning Province'. Nov.2016, Qi-Chem was rated as 'National High-Tech Enterprise'.
